Feedback from BioFire owners

We love our BioFire! In fact, even though we are experiencing a heat-wave in Jo'burg, my husband has insisted we have it lit whenever friends visit! It takes pride of place in our covered patio.

We really are enjoying the Biofire as a decorative item. It definitely does not provide any heat as we got the small one. However, we really bought if for the novelty rather than heat and its great fun. Thanks for you follow-up email - a nice touch!

I must say that we have already used the product a couple of times and are very happy with it. It is clean, very pleasant to look at and easy to maintain. We would definitely recommend it to our friends!

Just a suggestion - can you not put a bottle with a nozzel or something in the pack which can then pour directly into the bowl without it having to be removed every time?? It is a schlep to pull out the container and the sand does fall in a little - otherwise I LOVE my purchase.

This took a long time to reply! I love my BioFire.
I only have one problem. What do I do with all the empty bottles? Is it possible to refill them? I don't want a side-effect of my lovely eco-friendly fire being heaps of empty plastic bottles! I look forward to hearing from you. Oh yes, and I do need some more fuel.
